Vladimír Smolka
Managing Director / Audit PartnerSince 2019 he has led AUDIT ÚČETNICTVÍ as its managing partner and managing director. He is responsible for the direction of the firm, the development of its services and the management of the team. He personally looks after key clients and manages audit and advisory engagements, building on his experience as an audit manager at an international audit firm.
He specialises in audits of technology companies, from established firms to dynamic start-ups, and of manufacturing companies, as well as in the conversion of financial statements to IFRS and matters related to intangible assets. In his work with clients, he emphasises understanding their business, clear communication and practical solutions.

Miroslava Bělohoubková
Auditor / Tax AdviserShe has been with AUDIT ÚČETNICTVÍ since 2020 and has worked there as an auditor since 2026.
She has many years of experience auditing international companies. In her previous role at an international audit firm, she held a senior position in which she coordinated major audit engagements, managed audit teams and communicated with clients. She specialises in audits of manufacturing and trading companies under Czech accounting regulations, IFRS and German accounting rules. Alongside audit, she also provides tax advice and takes part in due diligence projects.

Vlastimil Pavéska
AuditorWith thirty years of experience as an auditor, Vlastimil provides the company’s audit work with a professional and expert background. At AUDIT ÚČETNICTVÍ he holds the position of statutory auditor.
He specialises in audits of trading and manufacturing companies and advises on solving complex accounting issues.
