From the website forms we only process the data you fill in yourself:

Please do not include sensitive data (e.g. about health) or data about other people in your message unless necessary.

The website does not store the forms in any database. The completed form is sent by e-mail to our company mailbox.

We measure website traffic with Google Analytics. If you allow performance (analytics) cookies in the cookie settings, Google Analytics cookies are stored in your browser and data about how you use the website is processed (pages visited, where you came from, device and browser type, approximate location derived from your IP address). If you do not give consent, no cookies are stored and Google Analytics only receives anonymous signals without identifiers of your device.

3. Why we process the data and on what legal basis

  • Handling a quote request or question – replying, preparing an offer, arranging a meeting.

Providing your data is voluntary. Without your name, e-mail and message, however, we cannot reply to you or assess your application.

We do not use your data for marketing communications or profiling. We do not make decisions about you based solely on automated processing within the meaning of Article 22 GDPR. The automatic form protection only checks whether the form is being submitted by a bot.

4. How long we keep the data

  • Recruitment: for the duration of the selection procedure. We delete the data of unsuccessful applicants no later than 6 months after it ends.
  • Technical data for spam protection (IP address, browser data): only briefly, for as long as needed to verify that the form is not being submitted by a bot.
  • Traffic measurement: data in Google Analytics for no longer than 14 months. Google Analytics cookies in your browser last no longer than 2 years unless you delete them earlier or withdraw your consent.
